    Check Your Bucket: Funk & Soul at Golden Age Beer Co. | July 12 Sunday, July 12, 2026 4:00 PM  7:00 PM Check Your Bucket plays mindfully arranged instrumental versions of rare funk and soul recordings from New Orleans (Lee Dorsey, Allen Toussaint, Eddie Bo) along with adaptations of pieces from more traditional New Orleans musical styles (Professor Longhair, Fats Domino, Smokey Johnson). The band is dialed-in, funky, and dynamic, and the chemistry between the players is deep. It’s always a party at Golden Age when these guys play, so snag a cold beer or a margarita or two and get ready to boogie. We love lager.
