Nutmeg Album Release Party at Glitterbox Theater
The band is called Nutmeg Party. We’re a 4-piece band from Pittsburgh that plays a multitude of genres amidst our original songs, ranging from folk, funk, psych rock, and piano-led balladry. For this event, we’re coordinating with several other local bands to put on a few hours of live music, including some solo acoustic and ambient musicians, indie bands, and of course, us playing all the material from our new album.
We’re also getting in touch with local artists to vend jewelry, ceramics, books, crochet, or whatever they wish- not for a fee, just to be a platform for local art! Speaking of art, we’re also looking to set up an arts and crafts table, where people who come can make something to add to a stage piece that we’ll take to future shows- or just keep their hands busy while they enjoy the music.
