Katlyn Weiser serves as Executive Director of Steel Valley Accelerator, bringing a background in public policy, government relations, and strategic community engagement to the organization. A lifelong Pittsburgher and Pittsburgh Business Times 30 Under 30 honoree, Katlyn is passionate about building partnerships that strengthen local businesses, neighborhoods, and economic opportunity. She works closely with municipal leaders, business owners, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders to advance initiatives that support long-term growth throughout Homestead, Munhall, and West Homestead. Steel Valley Accelerator is privileged to have Katlyn’s collaborative leadership guiding the organization into its next chapter.

Aaron Kleiber

Director of Creative & Community Engagement

Aaron Kleiber serves as Director of Creative & Community Engagement, leading the organization’s marketing, communications, community partnerships, public and digital engagement efforts. A Steel Valley High School graduate, business owner, and lifelong resident, Aaron is passionate about investing in the community where he and his wife are raising their three children. An award-winning comedian, actor, producer, and creative strategist with more than two decades of experience, Aaron has built a career helping organizations connect with audiences through compelling storytelling, live events, media production, and strategic engagement. His experience working with national brands, nonprofits, and community organizations brings a creative perspective to Steel Valley Accelerator’s mission of strengthening local businesses, fostering partnerships, and celebrating the people and places that make the Steel Valley a great place to live, work, and invest.
