See www.pittsburghshakespeare.org for details (pasted below:) \nPittsburgh Shakespeare in the Parks seeks both filmed and live short puppet works under five minutes long\, in some way inspired by the plays\, poetry or life of William Shakespeare (this can be an excerpt\, an exploration\, a mash-up\,  a what-if — anything goes really).
