DESCRIPTION:Humane Action PA Community Litter Cleanup & Picnic at Homestead Frick Park | July 15\nHelp make a difference in the Steel Valley during Plastic Free July by joining Humane Action Pennsylvania and Allegheny CleanWays for an evening of community service\, environmental stewardship\, and neighborhood connection! \nOn Wednesday\, July 15\, from 5:30–7:30 PM\, volunteers will gather at Homestead Frick Park to help remove litter from the park and surrounding streets before enjoying a picnic dinner together! \nThis cleanup is coordinated locally by Steel Valley Accelerator and hosted by Homestead United Presbyterian Church\, bringing together community partners committed to keeping the Steel Valley clean\, welcoming\, and ready for a busy season of neighborhood events. \nHumane Action Pennsylvania’s mission is to unite and empower communities through compassion\, service\, and advocacy while recognizing the connection between healthy neighborhoods\, environmental stewardship\, and community well-being.
